HR Helper – Attendance Management
Job Description
The HR Helper will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance records and assisting the HR department in daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily employee attendance with high accuracy.
Monitor employee late arrivals, absences, and leave records.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly attendance reports.
Ensure all attendance data is accurate and properly documented.
Coordinate with employees and supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.
