The HR & Benefits Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation of Performance, ACA, Compensation and benefits modules within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing data, and ensuring the successful launch of these modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to understand program requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute implementation plans for Performance, ACA, Compensation and benefits modules.
- Ensure that all processes and policies are in compliance with relevant regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR managers, benefits administrators, and other relevant teams to gather information and requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as benefits providers, to facilitate modules implementation.
Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and import employee data and information needed for modules implementation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, making necessary updates as required.
Training and Communication:
- Provide training and support to clients regarding new Performance, ACA, Compensation and benefits modules.
- Develop and distribute modules related communication materials.
Project Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for modules implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful implementation.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, including project plans, reports, and program-related materials.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to HR and benefits modules.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, performance manaement, benefits administration, or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in using HR and benefits software and tools, knowledge of SaaSHR, Kronos Workforce Ready or UKG Ready preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
