GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Kronos Workforce Ready (UKGR) HR Implementation Specialist will be responsible for working with clients in discovery phase through build-out, creating an HCM solution that satisfies the client’s needs. Through gathering and transferring data, designing, building and testing, the Implementation Specialist will be active in every step to ensure the client is satisfied and ready to go live and process their first payroll. Duties will include taking part in discovery calls and noting initiatives, and coordination within the HR module of Workforce Ready, providing cross-functionally to assure that technology related needs have been adequately addressed. Providing data analysis and building reports in Kronos WFR are critical in the role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participating in discovery calls and act as trusted advisor to the client
  • Adhere to project management schedule and notify team members of key deadlines
  • Participate in all testing and troubleshoot any issues
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the HR module and how it works with other modules in WFR
  • With the Project Manager, maintain communication with clients and ensure they are updated on all steps during the implementation project
  • Serve as an escalation point for all system related issues, processes and procedures.
  • Actively involved or leading testing of the system and training and supporting client
  • Ability to be involved with multiple clients in different phases of implementation
  • Ensure the HR module works properly alongside the Payroll and TLM modules


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Certified or highly skilled in UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HR module
  • Experience in service bureau environment, specifically in Implementation
  • Strong client-facing customer service skills
  • The ability to pivot and re-prioritize based on client and business needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Superior communication skills and professional demeanor

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CPP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in EXCEL, expert knowledge of pivot tables and v look-ups
