Quincare is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation and excellence in healthcare. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our dynamic Human Resources operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.

2. Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Prepare and collect onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and induction.

3. HR Operations & Admin:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in HR documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Organize HR events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Help in the distribution and clarification of company policies.

4. Performance & Engagement:

  • Assist in the performance review process.
  • Compile HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover, engagement).
  • Participate in projects to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

5. General HR Support:

  • Respond to basic HR-related employee queries.
  • Support legal and compliance paperwork.
  • Observe and learn HR best practices and conflict management.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Sheets is a plus.
