Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job descriptions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and career page updates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Contribute to improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
