Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job descriptions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and career page updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Contribute to improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
