Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and policies.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR team.
- Participate in HR projects related to learning & development, performance management, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about its various functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
