HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR team.
  • Participate in HR projects related to learning & development, performance management, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about its various functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
