HR Intern

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Mumbai
Eligibility:

  • Freshers or up to 1 year in HR
  • UG/PG in education
  • Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Participate in candidate onboarding processes.

2. Employee Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions.

3. Employee Engagement:

  • Support in Interactive activities and gatherings.

4. Miscellaneous HR Tasks:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide support for performance management processes and other HR initiatives.
  • Participate in learning opportunities related to various aspects of HR.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
