*Job Title:* HR Intern
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an HR intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in HR operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Document Preparation:* Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including employee records, reports, and other relevant doc.
2. Recruitment- End to end recruitment related work (Sourcing screening, shortlisting candidates as per client requirements)knowledge in job portals (Mini-50calls per day)
3. *MS Office & Excel:* Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, to track employee data, prepare reports, and perform other HR-related tasks.
4. *Record Maintenance:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
5. General HR Tasks:* Perform other HR-related tasks, such as recruitment support, employee onboarding, and responding to HR inquiries.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
