HR Intern

• Assist with drafting job descriptions for vineyard, production, tasting-room, and sales roles.
• Post job openings on portals and screen resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Help prepare offer letters and onboarding kits for seasonal harvest workers and permanent staff.
• Organize team-building activities during harvest, wine-tasting events, and festivals.
• Support wellness initiatives and internal celebrations (e.g., vintage release parties, harvest festivals).
• Draft internal emails, event invites, and HR notices.
• Promote a positive work culture across field, production, and hospitality teams.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
