HR Intern

To provide support to the Human Resource Department in carrying out the daily HR operation recuritment , staffing , selection procces, employee engagement and other administrative tasks, while gaining hands on experince on HR functions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & selection

  • Assist in sourcing candidates thorugh the job portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview.
  • Screen resumes and maintain candidates database.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Assist in training sessions and coordinating in the workshops.
  • Draft HR communications, emails and newsletters.
  • Maintain training attendence and employee records.
  • Support HR teams in audits and complaince documentation.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labour laws.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's\ Master's in HR, Business Administration.
  • Freshers are also welcomed.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
