• Identify and attract candidates through job portals,LinkedIn, and social media.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlistpotential candidates.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, andupdate hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline.
• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
