HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Help in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Assist in updating HR databases, reports, and documentation
  • Support in drafting HR policies and communication
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
