Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding & induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in payroll support, attendance, and leave management.
  • Research and prepare HR-related reports or presentations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,388.13 per month
