HR Intern

Programmerd Lab is a professional training institute dedicated to equipping students and fresh graduates with the latest IT and professional skills. Alongside technical training, we also focus on building strong human resource and management practices to ensure a smooth organizational workflow.

Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR & Management team in daily tasks, including:

  • Assisting in recruitment processes (job postings, CV shortlisting, interview scheduling).
  • Maintaining employee and student records.
  • Supporting orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Helping with attendance and performance tracking.
  • Assisting in drafting HR policies, notices, and documents.
  • Coordinating between staff, trainers, and students for HR-related tasks.
  • Supporting administrative and office management duties when required.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
