HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for roles (CRM executives, stylists, content creators, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and track recruitment status.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions across different roles.
  • Help design HR policies, performance trackers, and training schedules.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities (feedback sessions, team-building initiatives).
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Interest in learning how HR directly impacts business growth & culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
