HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent to fuel our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions quickly.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements.

• Strong sourcing & headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,728.09 - ₹19,360.25 per month
