1. Recruitment & Selection Support
- Assisting in drafting and posting job advertisements on portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per the job requirements.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and panel members.
- Supporting in conducting telephonic or initial HR rounds.
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems and updating candidate status.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Preparing onboarding documents, joining kits, and welcome materials.
- Coordinating with IT/Admin for access cards, system setup, and other facilities.
- Assisting in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensuring smooth completion of joining formalities and documentation.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.
- Assisting with contract preparation, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Updating HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information Systems).
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Assisting in payroll data collection (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.).
- Supporting in preparing reports like headcount, attrition, and employee engagement statistics.
- Coordinating HR-related communication (notices, policies, circulars).
- Helping in managing HR helpdesk queries from employees.
5. Employee Engagement
- Supporting HR in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Conducting surveys (employee satisfaction, feedback, exit surveys).
- Assisting in organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Collecting feedback and preparing reports for management.
6. Learning & Development
- Helping identify training needs by collecting data from managers and employees.
- Coordinating training schedules, logistics, and participant lists.
- Maintaining training attendance records and feedback forms.
- Supporting in preparation of training materials or presentations.
7. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Assisting in ensuring HR policies and procedures are being followed.
- Helping in labor law compliance documentation (where applicable).
- Updating statutory records as guided by the HR team.
8. Performance Management Support
- Assisting with goal-setting and appraisal data collection.
- Coordinating performance review meetings and feedback sessions.
- Compiling appraisal forms and feedback for reporting managers.
9. Exit Process
- Supporting in exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Preparing exit documentation and coordinating with payroll for final settlements.
- Updating records of resigned/terminated employees.
10. General HR Support
- Acting as a point of contact for basic employee queries.
- Preparing HR-related reports and presentations for management.
- Researching HR best practices and contributing to policy improvements.
- Assisting senior HR executives in day-to-day tasks.
