Role & Responsibilities:

Join us as an HR Intern for 9 months with the potential to convert to a full-time role. You will:

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and track the progress of candidates.
• Assist in general HR tasks as needed.

Compensation:

• Rs. 1000 per candidate successfully placed (after 3 months of joining).
• No fixed salary.
• Full-time conversion on successful completion.

Work Schedule:

• Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (5 Days working)
• Fully remote
