ob Responsibilities – HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Hotel & Resort Property
Reports To: HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings and requirements.
- Support in conducting reference checks and background verification.
- Help in preparing and issuing offer letters and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee induction and onboarding programs.
2. Training & Development
- Support HR team in arranging internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain attendance records and feedback forms for training.
- Assist in preparing training material, PPTs, and reports.
3. Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and organizing staff welfare activities, events, and celebrations.
- Help in conducting employee surveys and feedback collection.
- Support in reward & recognition program coordination.
4. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee files, records, and databases in soft & hard copy.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Help in preparing HR letters (experience, confirmation, etc.).
- Update spreadsheets and HR MIS reports as required.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Support in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting and updating SOPs and HR policies.
6. General Support
- Coordinate with different departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, etc.) for HR-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Learn and understand various HR functions in hospitality operations.
Desired Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in learning HR processes in the hospitality industry.
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and team spirit.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
