Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate database and HR records.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in HR or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Duration: 1–3 months
Stipend: Performance-based / As per company norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
