Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements
Screen resumes and help schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring team for interviews
2. Documentation & Onboarding
Help in the onboarding process: collecting documents, verification, and background
checks
Maintain HR records and assist in policy updates
3. Interview Coordination
Handle candidate communication and timely follow-ups
Support in salary negotiation discussions (under supervision)
4. HR Operations Assistance
Assist with maintaining internal databases, trackers, and reports
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team
5. Employee Engagement (Basic Support)
Assist in internal communication and HR initiatives
Help organize team activities and engagement events
6. Tool Usage
Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite (basic proficiency expected)
Exposure to platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or
a related field
● Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
● Good organizational and coordination abilities
● Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹7,001.00 per month
Work Location: In person
