Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:
The HR Intern will assist the HR department in daily operations, recruitment processes, employee record management, and coordination of HR activities. The role supports HR initiatives, ensures smooth documentation flow, and contributes to maintaining a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently enrolled).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to Rs10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
