Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support key HR operations, with a focus on data-driven HR practices, learning frameworks, and capability development. This role is ideal for candidates interested in modern HR systems, analytics, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination
- Assist in maintaining HR databases, employee records, and reports
- Contribute to onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support learning and capability development frameworks
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Work with internal systems such as SharePoint and HR tools
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
Required Skills
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and frameworks
- Familiarity with data structures or system architecture (basic level)
- Exposure to HR, learning, or capability frameworks
- Working knowledge or familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, or AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources (including internships or academic projects)
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply

Pay: AED200.00 - AED300.00 per hour
