Key Responsibility:
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
- Contribute to training program coordination.
- Assist in maintaining employee records.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-6 month of experience working in an office environment.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
