About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities when required.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
