Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of daily operational activities.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain detailed company records and documentation.
  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients or candidates to introduce company services and opportunities.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients, candidates, or leads to build relationships and ensure engagement.
  • Develop and implement a professional approach for client communication and outreach.
  • Support internal and external coordination between departments and partners.
  • Conduct research and prepare relevant reports as needed.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and digital presence.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and lead follow-up.
