Position Overview
The Culture & Engagement Intern will support employee engagement, employer branding, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. This role requires an outgoing and energetic individual who can actively coordinate with universities, student bodies, and external organizations, including government and professional institutions, to support hiring initiatives and enhance the company’s image through various engagement activities and collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, awareness campaigns, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate with universities, career offices, and external institutions for hiring drives, career fairs, and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with universities and relevant organizations to strengthen employer branding.
- Help prepare internal communications, engagement content, and promotional material.
- Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
- Assist in collecting feedback and preparing engagement reports.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments on culture-related and branding activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to engage with external stakeholders professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Creative, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in HR, employee engagement, employer branding, and networking activities.
