As an HR Engagement Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and productive work environment. This full-time, on-site position, based in Lahore, will focus on building strong employee relationships, boosting engagement, and managing content

Role Description

• Coordinate team-building events and activities to enhance morale and strengthen teamwork among employees.
• Assist in crafting and curating content for various platforms, including career websites, social media channels, and blogs.
• Manage the company's presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring content is consistent and engaging.
• Gather employee feedback to understand their interests, preferences, and suggestions for engagement activities and social media content, integrating this input into future planning.
• Support diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure a workplace where every employee feels respected and valued

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous Internship exp is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
