Role Description
- Coordinate team-building events and activities to enhance morale and strengthen teamwork among employees.
- Assist in crafting and curating content for various platforms, including career websites, social media channels, and blogs.
- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring content is consistent and engaging.
- Gather employee feedback to understand their interests, preferences, and suggestions for engagement activities and social media content, integrating this input into future planning.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure a workplace where every employee feels respected and valued
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Previous Internship exp is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
