Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/Management studies who want to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance/leave data.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and documentation.
- Provide support in performance management processes and feedback collection.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
