Role Overview

Kodexo Labs is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role is designed for a recent graduate or a final-year student looking to gain hands-on experience in the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced tech environment. You will support the HR department in recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and office culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on various portals (LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen resumes against specific job descriptions to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

2. Documentation & Operations

  • Assist in maintaining digital and physical employee records.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents (Offer letters, Experience certificates, and NOCs).
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and equipment are ready.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Brainstorm and execute ideas for internal team-building events and celebrations (Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, etc.).
  • Draft internal communications, newsletters, or announcements for the company Slack/email.
  • Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and research on HR best practices.

4. Learning & Development

  • Help organize training sessions or workshops for the technical and non-technical teams.
  • Research new tools or methodologies to improve HR efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: High level of empathy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask.
  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing tech company.
