HR Trainee (Human Resources Intern ) – Full-Time | On-Site | Females Only

Brand Republic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, and HR coordination within a structured corporate environment.

Job Details

  • Location: Karachi (On-site)
  • Experience Level: Fresh to 06 Months (HR Internship experience preferred)
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, MBA (HR), or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance reports
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, internship certificates)
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Assist in performance evaluation tracking and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources functions and recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations and talent management
