Job Description

We are hiring HR Interns / HR Trainees who are interested in starting a career in HR & Recruitment. This role includes structured training and hands-on live recruitment practice on real job requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates from job portals and social media
• Screening resumes and basic candidate coordination
• Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
• Learning end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintaining candidate data and reports
• Working on live requirements under senior guidance

Training & Internship Structure

• Initial HR recruitment training provided
• Daily 1 hour guided learning + 6 hours live practical exposure
• Hands-on experience with real recruitment assignments
• Post-training 6 months internship opportunity

Eligibility Criteria

• Any qualification (Graduates / Undergraduates / Final-year students can apply)
• Freshers are welcome
• Minimum communication skills required in:
• English
• Telugu
• Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and work in a recruitment environment

Stipend

• ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (during internship, based on performance)
