Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Help manage employee engagement initiatives through social media platforms and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media management for internal communications is beneficial.
