Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our on-site team in Bhopal.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students or recent graduates to gain practical HR experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage timely follow-ups with applicants.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain HR records, including attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting internal communications and HR reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Confident personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Creative and active in making reels/social media content.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working on-site at our Bhopal office.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
