Job Title: HR Intern (Pathway to Full-Time Role)

Location:Johar Town,Lahore

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration, providing a strong foundation for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientations.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain HR records.
  • Assist with training coordination and HR policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior HR internship or related experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR software.
