Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1- Assist the CXO Recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting senior-level candidates across industries.

2- Conduct market research on leadership talent, compensation trends, and competitor benchmarking.

3- Support end-to-end coordination including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and database management.

4- Help develop outreach content, talent pipelines, and networking strategies to expand TechLeap’s CXO hiring portfolio.

5- Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation to streamline the executive search process.

Skill(s) required

  • Graduation / MBA / PG in HR preferred
  • English Proficiency (Written)
  • MS-Excel
  • MS-PPT / Canva
  • Knowlegde of AI tools

1. Interns must carry their laptops to office for internship
