Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support team in extending offers to shortlisted candidates.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR-related communication.
• Maintain and update HR databases with employee information.
• Provide support in preparation of HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR tools will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
