As we scale our operations, we are looking for a motivated HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Onboarding) to support recruitment and onboarding initiatives across our growing startup portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, university portals, and social media platforms


  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates


  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers


  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions


  • Support onboarding workflows for new interns and team members


  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress


  • Assist with HR documentation and recruitment process improvements


  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements


  • Contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
