HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a serious and execution-focused HR Intern to support our hiring and HR operations. This is not a passive learning role. You will work on real hiring processes, candidate sourcing, and system building.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri

- Conduct initial screening of candidates

- Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups

- Maintain candidate tracking data (Google Sheets)

- Assist in building basic HR systems and processes

- Submit daily and weekly activity reports Performance Expectations

- 30–50 candidate profiles sourced per day

- Consistent outreach and follow-ups

- Weekly measurable output in hiring pipeline Failure to meet expectations will result in discontinuation.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills

- Discipline and consistency in daily work

- Ability to handle rejection and follow up

- Basic understanding of recruitment (preferred, not mandatory)

- Minimum availability: 5 hours/day
