HR INTERNS FEMALE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Female HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
  • Collect payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee.
  • Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
  • Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
  • Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
  • Address queries and issues of workers when required.
  • Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
  • Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field and freshies are encouraged to apply with good communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, and Outlook.
  • Familiar with full-cycle recruiting.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs8,000.00 - Rs17,000.00 per month

  • Intermediate (Preferred)
