Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing Candidates

  • Searching CVs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.
  • Creating and posting job ads.
  • Using social media for candidate attraction.

2. Screening Profiles

  • Reviewing resumes to match job requirements.
  • Conducting initial telephonic screening.
  • Shortlisting candidates for next rounds.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Scheduling interviews (online/offline).
  • Following up with candidates.
  • Coordinating with departments and hiring managers.

4. Database & Documentation

  • Updating candidate status in recruitment tracker.
  • Maintaining applicant database.
  • Preparing reports (daily/weekly).

5. Candidate Communication

  • Sending interview invitations.
  • Sharing JD and company details.
  • Providing feedback or rejection messages.

6. Onboarding Support

  • Collecting required documents.
  • Coordinating with HR operations team.
  • Helping new joiners with induction.
