HR Internship : MBA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in various HR functions. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR processes, while contributing to ongoing projects and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Help organize training and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Support HR projects, process improvements, and policy implementation.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and provide insights to the team.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or students with 0–1 year of relevant internship experience can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
