HR Internship (Real Estate Domain)

Real Beez Projects Pvt. Ltd. is offering an exciting HRBP Internship in the Real Estate domain. This internship focuses on hiring, onboarding, and managing Channel Partners, Land Dealers, and Brokers, while learning hands-on about the real estate business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Channel Partners, Land Dealers, and allied associates.
• Support HR and Business Development teams in building strong real estate networks.
• Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance for new associates.
• Work closely with management to align partner goals with company objectives.
• Track and report partner performance to support business decisions.

Who Can Apply:

• MBA/Graduate students or freshers with interest in HR, Real Estate, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad Real Estate market is an added advantage.
• Available to join immediately from Madhapur office.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Certificate of Completion + chance for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
