Role Description

An HR Intern supports the Human Resources department with daily operations, focusing on recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records (databases), handling administrative tasks (data entry, documentation) and assisting with employee relations and engagement, all while gaining practical experience in HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) processes and concepts.
  • Basic theoretical knowledge of HR Management, including recruitment and employee development practices.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management aspects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Walk-In
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
