Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruiting) to support our talent acquisition team remotely. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone for follow-ups
- Support onboarding documentation and HR operations when required
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
