Job Responsibilities :

Experience :- 7+ Years From Foundry & Manufacturing Industry.

Recruitment:

1) End to end recruitment,2) New Joinee inductions program 3) Prepared CTC,4) Exit Interview, Full and final

settlement and other formalities

Admin Activity:

  • Time office functions, Attendance, MIS report housekeeping
  • Maintain 1) individual personal record,2) all Register Prepare and issue various letters and Forms like, 1) Employment

Applications Form,2) Manpower requisition form, 3) Offer letter, 4) Appointment letter, 5) Confirmation’s letter and

Contract letters.

ER, IR and Legal Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare Compliance calendar 2) PF, ECR Challan, ESIC.
  • Returns: Quarterly ER-1, Half Yearly return, LWF Form A-1 and Yearly Returned.
  • Monthly Compliances audit contractor to be checking of factory act.
  • Employee relations activities like blood donations camps, celebrating Safety, get together activity Etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
  • Issues legal notice Show Cause notice, absenteeism, suspension letter etc., In Gujarati language.
  • Liaison with the various Governments authority’s peels like Factory Inspector, Labour Officers, Employment Exchange

officer, PF Officer, others.

HR Responsibilities:

  • TimeofficeManagement.
  • Administration.
  • ManagingtherecruitmentofGET/ Apprentice, NewjoineeInductionprogram, Separationprocedure

etc.

  • Monthly HR- audit Contractor
  • Coordinatingemployeeengagementactivities.

CSR Responsibilities:

  • The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities as planned by the Organization and to ensure

effectivespendingofthe CSRfundwithinthestipulatedtime.

  • Identify the areas needing CSR spend and make proper planning for CSRactivities
  • Coordinate with local NGOs, Govt. bodies, Gram-Panchayat, leaders, etc. for driving the CSR

activitiessmoothlyandefficiently

  • Track the progress of the CSR projects and report tomanagement
  • Assist the Organization in making the CSR plan and allocation of fund
  • Make visitstothe actual sites where CSR projects are going on and monitor theprogress, coursecorrect

andensuretimelycompletionoftheprojects

  • Prepare various contract agreements related to CSRprojects
