About the Role / Job Purpose


HR IT Product Owner will be crucial in supporting our ECMS HR IT ecosystem, which includes Success Factors and integrations with key systems such as SAP, Chrome River, FCM, ADP, among others. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for ECMS HR and our 3rd party service providers, ensuring that data and process flows are perfectly aligned. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR IT functions and ensuring seamless integration between various systems.


Main Task

Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor in Engineering with 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in large or mid-sized internationally active company
  • Experience in managing business solutions, specifically HR processes and how they translate into business impact
  • Experience in leading IT projects
  • Experience in managing and interacting with third party service providers
  • Deep understanding of HR Processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation)
  • Specialist knowledge of SAP Success Factors and S/4HANA with experience in HR module
  • Understanding of interfaces with 3rd party systems such as Payroll solutions, Travel & Expenses application, LMS, etc.

Responsibilities


  • Globally responsible for coordinating end-to-end ERP process and non-ERP application landscape for HR.
  • Act as main point of contact on global level for HR IT Product, and provide guidance and expertise for ERP and Non-ERP applications
  • Lead demand management, ensuring completeness of regional and country-specific product requirements and identification of architecture inter-dependencies
  • Design necessary changes and system specifications aimed at satisfying the business and regulatory requirements – engage with outsourcing provider where needed
  • Ensure Global architecture and change principles are being followed
  • Document global business processes and work on related systems specifications
  • Lead and/or support projects regarding process improvements
  • Track and maintain process KPI data for Success Factors and eco systems
