Salam Experts is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager / HR Generalist / HR Operations Officer to support and enhance our growing workforce.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who understands talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and outreach campaigns.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

Improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent efficiently.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen candidate attraction.
HR Operations & Administration
-
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
-
Manage attendance, leave management, employee files, and HR documentation.
-
Coordinate payroll-related information and monthly HR reports.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistani labor laws.
-
Monitor HR processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
-
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
-
Support audits and HR documentation requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Experience

Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Coordinate orientation sessions and employee integration activities.
-
Ensure new employees understand company policies, expectations, and culture.

Improve employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Support retention initiatives and employee satisfaction programs.
Performance Management & Employee Development

Assist in performance review cycles and employee evaluations.

Support managers in setting KPIs, goals, and performance metrics.

Track employee performance improvement plans.

Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve employee productivity and engagement.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

Organize company events, recognition programs, and employee appreciation activities.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Gather employee feedback and recommend workplace improvements.

Support employee wellbeing and morale-building initiatives.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns.

Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Assist in conflict resolution and workplace issue management.

Promote respectful communication and professional conduct.

Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.

Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, or fast-paced business environment is preferred.
