Responsibilities:

• Perform daily audits
• Assist Payroll
• Internal training
• Answering calls related to timekeeping and paid time off
• Reporting for internal and external use
• Knowing Company policies as they relate to the timekeeping system

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be proficient with MS Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to analyze data
Ready to work in a fast-paced work environment
