Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR activities including recruitment, attendance, and payroll.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with government departments and agencies for licenses, renewals, and compliance work.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bills, and payments.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist in audits.
  • Support management in documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any degree or HR-related field.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally/MS Office preferred.
  • Candidate must have two wheeler valid License
